Amie Kitt
Office Manager
Master's degree in Communication Disorders from Baylor University, with over ten years in dental practice management.
Amie runs the business side of Kitt Dental alongside her husband, Dr. Parris Kitt. She works largely behind the scenes, making sure the schedule holds, the insurance makes sense, and the practice runs the way a family practice should. When she is not at the office, she is reading or out walking with friends.
Alyse McAlister, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Registered Dental Hygienist and Certified Dental Assistant with an associate degree and more than 10 years in dentistry.
Alyse believes most dental anxiety comes from not knowing what is about to happen. She takes time to explain procedures and conditions in plain language, so patients leave understanding their own health instead of just nodding along. Outside the office, she volunteers in kids ministry and spends time with her family.
Kelly Bailey, RDA
Front Desk Coordinator
Registered Dental Assistant with more than 10 years in dentistry.
Kelly is the first voice you hear and the first face you see at Kitt Dental. Her clinical background means she can actually answer your questions when you call, not just take a message. She has always been a people person, and she takes real pleasure in making a dental visit feel easier than you expected. She is a proud girl mom to Ava and will never turn down a live concert.
Kayla Perdomo, RDA
Registered Dental Assistant
Kayla came to dental assisting because she wanted healthcare work that put her directly beside patients. She is hands-on, quick to learn, and focused on the small things that make a visit more comfortable. At home she is usually with family or baking, which she finds relaxing enough that she is always testing a new recipe.
Destiny Chilton, RDA
Registered Dental Assistant
Registered Dental Assistant and Certified Dental Assistant with an Associate degree in Dental Assisting with 4 years of experience.
Destiny chose dentistry because she likes to see people gain confidence when they smile. She is drawn to hands-on work and to a field where there is always something new to learn. Outside the office, she is a car person — she drifts, which is the motorsport where you take a corner sideways on purpose and get scored on style.
